Vintage 90s short sleeve midi length dress with a cream white top half, and a blue rose printed skirt. So pretty! Top half of dress is stretchy, bottom half does not stretch. Top half is 50% cotton, 50% poly. Bottom half is 100% rayon. Made in USA.
