Cream white mini/knee length tube top halter dress with matching cream scroll embroidery. Embroidery is adorned with matching sequins throughout. Top of dress has ruched elastic and a tied halter neck. Bottom hemline is trimmed with tassel fringe. Fabric is very thin and semi sheer. No tags but feels like rayon. Very soft!
