Fall Foliage Skirt

Vintage white midi length skirt with an eyelet scalloped hemline. Skirt has pockets and an elastic waist. Skirt has ribbons that are pinned throughout the eyelet pattern, and can be easily removed. Fabric is 100% cotton. Brand tag is cut out but I guesstimate 90s or Y2K.
