Vintage 80s/90s long sleeve black velvet top with a gorgeous aqua and royal blue glitter print throughout. SUPER sparkly! Top has an asymmetrical bottom hem that comes to a point at the side, with a matching asymmetrical neckline. Thin shoulder pads can be removed with a seam ripper. Fabric is 90% poly 10% lycra. Made in USA.
