Vintage 90s short sleeve mini length slip dress made with a deep navy blue satin fabric. Dress has a matching navy plunging appliqué neckline. Appliqué is semi sheer and has eyelet details (I'm wearing a black bralette underneath). Dress has high skirt slits on each side. Fabric is 100% poly, made in USA.
