Vintage 90s/Y2K long sleeve black velvet jacket with a bead and sequined encrusted collar. Beads cascade all the way down, and has an open front.Jacket has shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Fabric is 90% poly 10% spandex, with 100% poly lining.

Measurements taken with front closed - can fit a little larger.
