Most vintage items are pre-loved and pre-worn and thus may have natural wear consistent with age and use. Noticeable flaws such as holes and stains larger than a dime will be mentioned in the listings, otherwise items are in great vintage condition.
Due to the secondhand nature of vintage clothing, we cannot guarantee that all garments are scent-free or product-free. We do the best that we can to remove any scents prior to listing. All used clothing sold by Bad Moon is washed and laundered with Free & Gentle scent-free detergent and products. When an item cannot be laundered by machine (i.e. leather goods) items are wiped clean and/or steam cleaned when possible.

Remember! Tag sizing is highly subjective and it is not recommended to judge the fit of an item by its tag size. I do my best to guesstimate and list which sizes an item can fit, but it is always best to go by the garment's listed measurements and fabric type!
Measurements of clothing are taken flat, in inches, with a tape measure. Measurements are then doubled where applicable (bust, waist, hips). If an item is stretchy, measurements will reflect the flat measurement as well as the maximum stretch of an item. Please allow up to 3” difference on measurements.

Bad Moon offers free shipping to all customers within the United States for orders over $200! Orders under $200 have a flat rate shipping charge of $7 for Washington State residents, and a $9 flat rate for all other U.S. states and territories. Orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Orders are usually shipped with USPS via First Class or UPS Ground Advantage, but may be shipped via UPS on occasion. For expedited shipping options or requests for signature on delivery, please contact us at Hello@ShopBadMoon.com no later than 1 hour after placing your order.
We now offer worldwide shipping to most countries! International shipping costs range between $28-$68, depending on the country and physical size and weight of order. Please note that Bad Moon is not responsible for any additional customs fees, shipping charges, or VAT taxes.
Bad Moon is not responsible for packages once they are received by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or subsequent parcel carriers. If a package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS, UPS, or the applicable carrier to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us through no fault of our own, we will still make an attempt to contact you via email and ask if you'd like to package to be resent for an additional shipping fee. If we do not receive any communication regarding the returned package within 30 days of our initial email inquiry, all items in the package will be forfeited without refund or cancellation.
If you place an order with Bad Moon before a previous order is shipped, Bad Moon may combine orders into a single package. Bad Moon is not responsible for refunding a difference in shipping costs to applicable packages if orders are combined.
