Most vintage items are pre-loved and pre-worn and thus may have natural wear consistent with age and use. Noticeable flaws such as holes and stains larger than a dime will be mentioned in the listings, otherwise items are in great vintage condition.
Due to the secondhand nature of vintage clothing, we cannot guarantee that all garments are scent-free or product-free. We do the best that we can to remove any scents prior to listing. All used clothing sold by Bad Moon is washed and laundered with Free & Gentle scent-free detergent and products. When an item cannot be laundered by machine (i.e. leather goods) items are wiped clean and/or steam cleaned when possible.

Remember! Tag sizing is highly subjective and it is not recommended to judge the fit of an item by its tag size. I do my best to guesstimate and list which sizes an item can fit, but it is always best to go by the garment's listed measurements!
Measurements of clothing are taken flat, in inches, with a tape measure. Measurements are then doubled where applicable (bust, waist, hips). If an item is stretchy, measurements will reflect the maximum stretch. Please allow up to 3” difference on measurements.

Bad Moon offers free shipping to all customers within the United States for orders over $150! Orders under $150 have a flat rate shipping charge of $8. Orders are typically shipped 3-7 business days from date of purchase. Orders are usually shipped with USPS via First Class or Priority Mail. UPS can be arranged at an additional cost--if you would like your order shipped via UPS instead of USPS, please email us within one hour of placing your order!
We now offer worldwide shipping to most countries! International shipping costs range between $26-$68, depending on the country and physical size and weight of order. Please note that Bad Moon is not responsible for any additional customs or shipping charges.
Bad Moon is not responsible for packages once they are received by the United States Postal Service or subsequent parcel carriers. If a package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS or applicable carrier to file a claim.
If you place an order with Bad Moon before a previous order is shipped, Bad Moon may combine orders into a single package. Bad Moon is not responsible for refunding a difference in shipping costs to applicable packages if orders are combined.
