black opal duster

Vintage 90s black maxi length sleeveless duster vest with holographic glitter polka dots throughout. Duster has one button closure at the waist. Fabric is slightly sheer and does not stretch. 100% poly. Made in USA.

Was just a touch too tight for me in the bust to button. Measurements taken with button/front fully closed - fits larger unbuttoned.
