Y2K/00s knee length bubblegum pink dew white tweed pencil skirt with a ruffled hem. Skirt is lined and has a zipper on the side. Tweed is 36% rayon, 31% cotton, 16% acrylic, 11% poly, 6% nylon. Lining is 100% poly and feels like acetate. Does not stretch.
