Y2K long sleeve top with layered ruffles on the bodice and sheer chiffon flared sleeves. Neckline is slightly boat/off shoulder and trimmed with an assortment of black and pewter colored beads. Top has a side zipper closure. Fabric is 70% rayon 19% poly 11% nylon, lining feels like poly.
