Snow Day Dress

Vintage 80s half sleeve knee length dress with a navy blue and white abstract print that sort of reminds me of packed snow or icebergs. Dress has decorative dark brass buttons halfway down the front, an elastic waist, and a pleated skirt. Dress also has a keyhole button in the back, and big shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Fabric is 100% poly, does not stretch. Made in USA.
