The Hydrangea Skirt

Vintage handmade wrap skirt with a gorgeous white, blue, aqua, lime green and purple plaid print. Skirt has an adjustable tied waist. No tags because it's handmade but fabric feels like poly, does not stretch. Would guess 70s based off fabric and style.

Skirt was a little too small for me, please refer to measurements for best fit!
